Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Miami seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, bringing deep knowledge of home lending products and strict regulatory compliance to every interaction.

You will coach branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations by delivering consultative recommendations aligned with customers’ financial goals and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops strong partnerships with branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
