Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, leveraging deep knowledge of home lending products. You will be the primary contact for customers while adhering to regulatory requirements and collaborating with the team to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
