Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the mortgage process and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will liaise with branch teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and apply knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines to originate and manage loans.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and cross-sell opportunities within Chase's retail banking network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using Chase marketing efforts and programs.
• Develops strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and knowledge of customer needs.
