Chase Home Lending is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the loan lifecycle, leveraging deep product knowledge and regulatory awareness. You’ll collaborate with branch teams to drive mortgage originations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes consultative financial analysis, strong communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing efforts and cross-sell initiatives.
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories.
