Job summary

Chase Home Lending seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, offering expert knowledge in home lending products and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes guiding clients to homeownership and delivering strong sales results.

You will mentor branch staff, collaborate with bankers, and drive mortgage originations while maintaining excellent customer relationships and financial analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works together with bankers, meets with their customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with your team to create an outstanding customer experience by utilizing marketing efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with the assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and expertise.
