Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) seeks an Implementation Consultant to lead DDA Analyzer deployments within Encompass, guiding discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch support for lender clients.

The role blends mortgage industry expertise with client-facing consulting and project management, coordinating with Product, Engineering and Data Services to optimize underwriting, QA and compliance workflows. Expect travel to client sites up to 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Recent mortgage underwriting or senior processing experience.
• PMP, CompTIA Project+, or comparable project management certification (preferred).
• NMLS licensure (preferred).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies (preferred).
• Prior mortgage technology, fintech, or SaaS implementation experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (up to 25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Gather requirements and translate mortgage workflows into effective DDA/Encompass configurations.
• Configure Income, Credit, Asset, and/or Audit Analyzers based on client underwriting guidelines and operational requirements.
• Lead UAT, client training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data Services.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, status reporting, documentation, and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate implementation and mortgage workflows.
