JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending to serve as a primary contact for clients through the loan lifecycle. The role emphasizes mortgage expertise, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client satisfaction and product adoption.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage lending, strong knowledge of local real estate markets, and excellent communication skills. A background in FHA/VA guidance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience through marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
