• PC proficiency with Windows-based word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall procedures for mortgage construction loan disbursements.
• Supervise the disbursement of all mortgage construction draw requests.
• Provide training to mortgage construction funding team and related staff.
• Ensure adherence to Loan Draw Procedures manual by all staff.
• Communicate project issues and budget status to internal teams.
• Review loan documentation for draw process and budget analyses.
• Oversee daily performance of the mortgage construction funding team.
• Coordinate project inspections with external inspectors.
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and contract amounts.
• Review and approve mortgage loan operations forms for disbursements.
• Maintain reporting on team activities and volumes.
• Participate in projects within the Construction Loan or Loan Fulfillment team.
