Qualifications

• 5+ years experience administering mortgage construction loan disbursements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of internal operations and mortgage real estate lending.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall procedures for mortgage construction loan disbursements.
• Supervise the disbursement of all mortgage construction draw requests.
• Provide training to mortgage construction funding team and related staff.
• Ensure adherence to Loan Draw Procedures manual.
• Communicate progress of construction issues to managers and departments.
• Oversee review of loan documentation for the draw process.
• Monitor project budgets and retainage, change orders, and contingencies.
• Maintain accurate reporting of team activities and volumes.
• Lead projects within Construction Loan or Loan Fulfillment teams.
