Job summary

PulteGroup, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Mortgage Leadership Executive to oversee local mortgage operations, partnering with builders and fulfillment to meet capture, service and revenue goals.

You will recruit and develop PMC staff, drive loan applications at sale and manage client experience, back-office reporting, licensing and subdivision approvals, and lead the division senior operating team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related mortgage experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Train builder sales professionals on the benefits of Pulte Mortgage and PMC.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop local PMC staff.
• Capture every possible loan application at the point of sale.
• Coordinate with builders and PMC teams to drive customer experience and timely closings.
• Lead with builder events to generate community interest.
• Provide detailed reporting covering branch operations and performance.
