Pulte Mortgage LLC in Bellevue, Washington is seeking an experienced leader to oversee all aspects of divisional mortgage operations, partnering with homebuilders and the fulfillment center to achieve targeted capture, service and revenue goals.

Provides local Pulte Mortgage leadership, managing all aspects of divisional mortgage operations while effectively partnering with the homebuilder and fulfillment center to achieve targeted capture, service & revenue goals.

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of related mortgage experience.
Valid Driver's License because driving is an essential function of this position.
Leadership experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Salary Range: $134,500 to $168,100 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees with less than 10 years of service are eligible for up to 23 PTO days per year (and up to 28 PTO days per year upon 10 or more years of service).
