Job summary

Pulte Mortgage, a subsidiary of PulteGroup, seeks a Mortgage Leader in Houston to shape the mortgage strategy with builders and achieve the targeted capture rate. You will drive training for sales professionals and collaborate with leadership to optimize customer flow.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of mortgage leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a record of managing performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related functional experience.
• Time in position: minimum 5–7 years at a position.

Responsibilities

• Drives training for sales professionals on mortgage benefits and tools.
• Proactively pursue signups for PMLLC at point of sale.
• Lead events with builders to generate community interest.
• Set customer service standards with local management; target 90% satisfaction.
• Attend community and leadership meetings as part of the Division Senior Operating team.
• Coordinate with Fulfillment Center to maintain backlog integrity and communications with Sales Management.
• Ensure subdivision approval and status.
• Maintain Pulte profit motive and manage branch financial performance.
• Secure mortgage licenses in various states.
