Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years mortgage banking industry experience.
• Experience in team management and leadership with focus on development.
• Ability to travel and work across states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train sales professionals on Pulte Mortgage benefits and tools.
• Meet or exceed plan goals; pursue signups at point of sale.
• Partner with Mortgage Operations to manage backlog and communicate with sales management.
• Ensure timely subdivision approvals and branch financial plan achievement.
• Attend community/leadership meetings as part of Division Senior Operating team.
