Job summary

PrimeLending, a PlainsCapital Company, seeks a results-driven Sales/Branch Manager to recruit, hire and train qualified loan officers and direct sales programs aligned with agency and company guidelines. You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor pricing, and build builder/broker channels while maintaining a professional image and leading a high-performing team across markets.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to market changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or business related field preferred.
• 3–5 years loan officer experience and 3 years of management experience.
• Ability to manage all phases of residential mortgage origination.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and recruit mortgage professionals.
• Willingness to travel and engage with community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, hires and trains qualified loan officers and directs training programs relative to sales techniques, product and technical requirements.
• Ensures loans are saleable and deliverable according to Agency, Corporate Broker, and Company guidelines.
• Develops and implements sales strategies, forecasting and reports as necessary.
• Monitors loan pricing and competitive factors to effectively compete in the market.
• Assists in developing builder/broker contacts for the sales staff.
• Maintains a professional image and adheres to company policies.
