Job summary

You will train branch teams, collaborate with bankers, and leverage marketing initiatives to grow mortgage originations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Collaborates with bankers, meeting customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Partners with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing, cross-sell and outreach programs.
• Develops strong partnerships to promote mortgage loan originations in footprint territories.
• Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert, offering recommendations based on financial analysis and product knowledge.
