Job summary

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients toward homeownership and delivering an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing and cross-sell strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Meets with customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Supports marketing and cross-sell efforts to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
• Maintains relationships as the internal and external mortgage expert.
