JPMorgan Chase in Manchester, NH seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to guide clients through the home loan journey with expert knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the primary contact throughout the loan lifecycle, delivering a first-class customer experience and maintaining strong knowledge of mortgage products.

You will collaborate with bankers to grow originations, coach branch teams, and leverage marketing efforts to build trusted client

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meeting customers and introducing new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Partners with team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing and cross-sell efforts.
• Promotes mortgage loan originations within footprint territories and collaborates with reporting lines.
• Builds relationships with customers using consultative financial guidance.
