JPMorgan Chase's Chase Home Lending team seeks a Senior Home Lending Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, applying deep knowledge of home lending products while following regulatory requirements.

You will join a motivated team dedicated to guiding clients to fulfilling the dream of homeownership while maintaining high standards of service and personalized support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales and/or real estate.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets customers and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience via marketing efforts and channels.
• Develops a strong partnership with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations.
• Builds role as the mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Provides consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs.
