The Unconventional seeks an experienced LMS Administrator to manage our Moodle-based enterprise learning platform supporting multiple programs. You will own configuration, security posture, and day-to-day health, collaborating with developers and help desk to ensure uptime and compliance for government learners.

This role requires coordinating with program teams, implementing course templates, tracking completions, and ensuring accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
• Ability to configure course templates, roles, and enrollment.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP or regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Administer Moodle site settings, roles, cohorts, and courses.
• Maintain course shells, backups, and resets.
• Configure competency frameworks and learning plans.
• Manage enrollment and access SOPs for correct users.
