JPS Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced BI Architect/Developer to design, implement, and deploy a secure Moodle-based learning platform in a production environment in the United States (Pennsylvania). You will build learner dashboards, training pathways, reporting, certifications, and systems integrations.

The role requires hands-on Moodle administration, SCORM 1.2 expertise, and strong collaboration with IT and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and administering Moodle LMS in production environments.
• Strong experience with SCORM 1.2, Moodle plugins, and multimedia learning content.
• Experience configuring learning pathways, badges, tier-based progression, and role-based permissions.
• Knowledge of Moodle reporting, transcripts, certificates, and automated notifications.
• Experience implementing MFA, TLS/HTTPS, authentication, and audit logging.
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience supporting Docker/Kubernetes deployments and collaborating with infrastructure teams.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and training materials.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Architect/Developer with hands‑on expertise in Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) implementation, configuration, and deployment. The role involves developing a secure, accessible, and scalable Moodle-based learning platform, including learner dashboards, training pathways, reporting, certifications, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Moodle LMS, including SCORM 1.2 modules, plugins, and video-based learning content.
• Develop responsive learner dashboards with progress tracking, course recommendations, and training completion indicators.
• Configure learning pathways, training tiers, badges, and course completion requirements.
• Implement instructor‑led training features, including registration, waitlists, session calendars, and attendance tracking.
• Configure automated email and in‑app notifications for assignments, reminders, and completions.
• Develop LMS reports, learner transcripts, certificates, and training completion dashboards.
• Implement role‑based access controls, MFA, HTTPS/TLS, session security, and audit logging.
• Ensure accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA and ADA Title II requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy Moodle using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, performance optimization, and environment management.
• Prepare technical documentation, operational runbooks, and administrator training materials.
• Support user acceptance testing, production deployment, and post‑launch troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and system integration.
• Experience supporting public‑sector or regulated environments.
• Experience optimizing LMS performance and mobile‑responsive interfaces.
