You will review, validate, and approve client money movement requests (ACH, wires, RTP, checks, journals) and reconcile daily cash movements, monitoring exceptions to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in financial services or brokerage operations.
• Direct experience processing money movements (ACH, wires, checks, journals) with custodians or banks.
• Strong risk awareness and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen controls across money movement workflows in line with policies and privacy standards.
• Review and approve client money movement requests (ACH, wires, RTP, checks, journals) per policy.
• Process, reconcile daily cash movements, monitor exceptions, and meet SLAs.
