Alpaca is seeking a Senior Cashiering Operations Associate to own client money movement across ACH, domestic and international wires, RTP, checks, and internal journals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Business.
• 5+ years in financial services, brokerage operations, banking, or cashiering.
• Direct experience processing money movements (ACH, wires, checks, journals, RTP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen controls across money movement workflows.
• Review and approve client money movement requests per policies.
• Process and release transactions accurately within SLAs.
• Reconcile daily cash movements and settlement activity.
• Monitor exceptions, returns, and discrepancies.
• Serve as primary contact for custodians and banking partners.
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports and maintain case tracking in Salesforce.
