Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned Lead Workplace Engineer to architect and implement modern End User Services in Irvine, CA. This onsite role focuses on Microsoft 365, Intune, and related technologies to boost security, productivity, and user experience across enterprise environments.

You will drive service desk optimization, automate processes with PowerShell/Power Automate, oversee site support, and collaborate with stakeholders to align workplace strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-user computing and modern workplace architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Endpoint Management, and Service Desk operations.
• Strong knowledge of automation tools and security/compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver modern workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Intune, and related technologies.
• Define strategies for End User Services, including Service Desk optimization and automation.
• Implement device management and security policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee site support operations, ensuring seamless end-user experience across locations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workplace solutions with business objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for workplace transformation.
