MatchPoint Solutions is seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to own end-user computing, Microsoft 365 tenant administration, and device management via Intune in Irvine, CA. The role emphasizes hands-on support, security governance, and clear communication with non-technical users.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Windows enterprise support, strong Intune and PowerShell skills, and experience with SSO and hybrid identity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop and app support in a Windows enterprise environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tenant administration, including E5 workloads.
• Strong Intune skills: policy authoring, Autopilot, and Windows Update for Business.
• Experience with SaaS identity and SSO (SAML/OIDC).
• Active Directory and hybrid identity with Entra Connect.
• PowerShell automation, reporting, and bulk admin tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user computing across the organization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant and manage devices via Intune.
• Govern access to SaaS apps and enforce security policies.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
