Job summary

Aven Hospitality in Frisco, TX is seeking a Modern Workplace Engineer to design, implement, and secure a Microsoft 365-based modern workplace. You will own governance, automation, and endpoint management across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 365 Cloud PCs, partnering with security and IT teams to ensure reliable, compliant services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering in mid-size to enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 365.
• Experience configuring endpoint compliance, deployment, and security controls.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting for 365, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and administer SharePoint Online sites, hub sites, libraries, and permissions.
• Administer Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse environments; govern solutions.
• Engineer Intune device management, compliance, enrollment, and policies.
• Manage Entra ID users, groups, and access policies; enforce least-privilege controls.
• Administer Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, image strategy, and remediation.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for admin automation and reporting.
• Leverage KQL/log analytics for sign-in, compliance, and endpoint health monitoring.
