Job summary

RSM is seeking a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to join our national team and own Microsoft Modern Workplace offerings for key clients across North America. You will interact with clients, develop demos and Proofs of Concepts (PoCs) to support the sales process, and design and lead the technical solution implementations.

Lead projects in Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Office 365; design, implement, and configure components for clients.

Qualifications

3-5 years hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and related services
Ability to provide hands-on technical support
Expertise in identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance for cloud/hybrid solutions
Strong written and verbal communication with clients
Experience with cloud/hybrid infrastructures and migrations
Willingness to travel ~15-20% nationwide

Responsibilities

Lead customers in transition to Modern Workplace (Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Office 365)
Design, implement and configure M365 E5-type components for clients
Develop delivery guides, train staff, and roadmap adoption of Microsoft 365 E3/E5
Serve as a trusted advisor delivering high-quality client service
Act as national resource and escalation point for projects across regions
Draft SOWs to support client goals and outcomes
Identify cross-selling opportunities within the RSM portfolio
Build rapport with key client decision-makers
