Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Microsoft Modern Workplace Engineer to join our national team. You will lead the design, implementation, and configuration of Microsoft 365 E5 components for mid-market clients across North America.

You’ll interact with clients, develop demos and PoCs, and guide technical solution implementations, while serving as a trusted advisor and helping expand RSM’s Modern Workplace offerings nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with Office 365 and related services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, O365 Groups)
• Hands-on technical support capabilities
• Experience with cloud/hybrid architectures, identity, security, and compliance integrations
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams
• Willingness to travel nationwide ~15-20% (1-2 days per month)

Responsibilities

• Lead customers in transitioning to the Modern Workplace (Windows 10, EMS, Office 365)
• Design, implement, and configure M365 E5 components for clients
• Develop delivery guides, train staff, and create strategic roadmaps for adoption
• Serve as a national project resource and escalation point
• Draft SOWs to meet client goals and outcomes
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across the RSM portfolio
