Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Senior Associate for the Enterprise Workforce Platforms team to deliver client-facing services around Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, and Exchange Online. You will assess environments, craft strategies, lead implementations, and support adoption and governance initiatives with PMs, solutions architects, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and Exchange Online.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Power Platform.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform solutions.
Conduct tenant assessments, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
Configure governance, security, and compliance capabilities for Microsoft 365.
Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing and pre-sales efforts.
