Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or C/C++.
• Experience in Military Operations Analysis, wargaming, and/or Modeling & Simulation in defense.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement model-based solutions that support mission trade studies and performance simulations.
• Contribute knowledge of performance engineering practices to evaluate problems.
• Collaborate in a team to develop effective approaches across architectures.
• Evaluate end-to-end system requirements and data connectivity across kill-chains.
• Analyze data to understand performance requirements.
• Develop analytical metrics to validate architectures against requirements.
• Develop or implement algorithms for next-generation performance across systems.
