Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Senior Manager, Mobilization to lead end-to-end onboarding, transitions, and implementations for new business across the Refreshments portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and other functions to ensure readiness and successful client launches.

The role requires 7–10 years of PM/operations leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in implementation strategy and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in project management, business implementation, operations leadership, account management, or large-scale transitions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
• Strong project management capabilities including planning, execution, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to influence and drive results without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders and clients.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and driving organizational adoption of new processes.
• Proven results-oriented leadership with initiative, accountability, adaptability, and urgency.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobilization efforts for new business wins and transitions across regions.
• Develop and execute mobilization plans ensuring operational readiness and client launches.
• Partner with leaders to define objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and success metrics.
• Facilitate governance and provide status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful mobilizations.
• Serve as liaison between internal stakeholders and client leadership during implementations.
• Identify and manage project risks, mitigations, and contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance mobilization effectiveness and scalability.
