Job summary

Aramark seeks a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client with significant revenue impact. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service across food service, facility support, custodial services, and more, with a focus on client satisfaction, safety, and financial performance.

The role requires strong relationship building, budget oversight in partnership with Finance, and the ability to develop and execute operational programs that drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Ability to focus on client and customer services and growing a strong business.
• Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfortable reading and implementing contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability leading through other managers.
• Experience budgeting, financial controls, and analysis.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management of operations.
• Manages client and community relationships, assesses operations, and develops plans to provide optimal service and drive satisfaction.
• Builds, develops, and leads a management team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• Partner with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements to optimize performance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
