Job summary

This leadership role requires a strong background in food service, facilities, or hospitality operations, with experience managing budgets and relationships across client teams and stakeholders. A results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong focus on client and customer service and developing a strong business.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, senior management, and support staff.
• Comfort with reading and implementing contractual requirements and identifying opportunities.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience crafting budgets and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships, assesses operations, and develops plans to optimize service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement based on contract requirements.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements for financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and records.
• Adheres to Aramark standards of operation including safety and Business Conduct Policy.
