T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Mobile Expert for our Experience stores to deliver best-in-class customer service with solid retail expertise. You will work with new systems and tools and collaborate with Customer Service and Engineering to resolve customer pain points.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience of 12+ months preferred.
• Care: Elite Expert, Account Care or Technical Care preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Completes ongoing training to become a SME in T-Mobile offerings and processes.
• Learns and uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
