Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (Neighborhood Mobile Expert).
• Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems.
• Completes ongoing training to stay current as SME for T-Mobile.
• Leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Collaborates with team to promote sales and service excellence.
