Job summary

Trupanion in Seattle seeks a Senior Digital Experience Manager for mobile apps and member portal. Lead the digital strategy, feature priorities, and UX, partnering with Technical Product Owners to guide delivery and growth.

You will mentor the Digital Experience Manager, oversee web-portal alignment, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Technology, Claims, and Legal to ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Product Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of digital strategy, marketing, or digital product management experience.
• 3+ years in a product/business ownership role for native Mobile Apps (iOS & Android).
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong expertise in product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or App Store Connect).
• Experience with multi-language/localization management in digital touchpoints.
• Insurance, fintech, pet health, or subscription services experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own mobile app feature strategy, roadmaps, and priorities tied to growth and retention.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers and Engineering leads on backlog and delivery.
• Lead UAT from business viewpoint and coordinate go-to-market readiness across channels.
• Direct, mentor, and empower the Digital Experience Manager and oversee CMS content updates.
