Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering with 5+ years shipping production ML/AI models.
• Production-grade Python and SQL with feature-engineering pipelines.
• Experience with gradient-boosted or ensemble estimators under strict accuracy tolerances.
• Experience deploying LLMs and foundation models in production.

Responsibilities

• Own full ML lifecycle from feature generation to deployment and monitoring.
• Improve pricing models and underwriting performance.
• Build and run backtests to validate features.
• Design model-serving path under real constraints.
