Job summary

TylSemi, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Mixed-Signal Verification Engineer for Power Management ICs. You will develop verification plans, build analog behavioral models, and verify digital control loops for high-current IVRs.

You will work with analog/digital teams, run PVT simulations, and drive faster turnaround through automation. Hybrid/onsite in San Jose with remote USA options. BSEE/MSEE with 8+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mixed-signal verification of PMICs or analog/mixed-signal SoCs.
• Proficient in RNM and Verilog-A behavioral modeling.
• Experience with AMS, VCS + Spectre, or Xcelium for co-simulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mixed-signal verification plans for high-current IVR designs.
• Build and maintain analog behavioral models for power stages and PDN.
• Create testbenches for performance metrics: transient, stability, ripple, protection, startup/shutdown.
• Run regressions across PVT corners, Monte Carlo, corner-case scenarios.
• Debug mixed-signal issues at transistor and behavioral levels; collaborate with design teams.
• Develop automation scripts and improve verification methodology; support post-silicon validation.
