Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Senior/Staff User Researcher to build and scale a comprehensive research engine that informs our product strategy. You will own Research Ops, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, and partner closely with Design, Product, and Engineering leadership.

In this high-growth role, you will drive early discovery, synthesize insights into impactful artifacts, and connect user pain points to ARR opportunities to shape roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product research in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
• Strong ability to pull quantitative data and present ARR opportunities.
• Experience building research operations and NDAs/compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale research ops infrastructure from scratch.
• Design and run qualitative and quantitative studies across product areas.
• Partner with Design, Product, and Eng leadership to influence strategy from early concepts.
• Create creative artifacts (infographics, videos) linking user pain points to ARR opportunities.
• Draft actionable recommendations to drive product adoption and business impact.
