Job summary

onX seeks a Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher, Mixed Methods, to uncover customer insights and translate research into product influence. You’ll span the full lifecycle with generative, evaluative, and quantitative research, helping product decisions grounded in how users explore outdoors with onX.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, BI, and Marketing, building scalable research practices and guiding strategic questions across teams.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience, including at least five (5) years in UX, product, or consumer research, preferably in a fast-paced B2C product environment.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end research across the full product lifecycle, qualitative and quantitative.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to shape product strategy and priorities.
• Turn research into clear actions and partner with Product, Design, Data Science, BI, and Marketing.
