United Water Restoration Group of So. FL., Inc. is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead commercial and residential recovery projects after damage from fire, water, or mold.

You will work with District and Operations Managers to ensure quality, service, and profitability, while managing estimates, timelines, and budgets. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to read Xactimate estimates.

Formación

• Project management of commercial or residential properties impacted by water, fire and/or mold.
• Xactimate experience required.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software.
• Ability to work safely according to company safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily tasks of reconstruction projects with District and Operations Managers to ensure quality, service and profitability.
• Evaluate, estimate, sell, budget, and establish timelines; guide property owners through expectations.
• Monitor job progress to ensure timely on-budget completion.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and resource management to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Build and manage subcontractor relationships for orderly, efficient work.
• Read, understand, and modify Xactimate estimates for varied trades.
• Provide performance metrics on subcontractor performance, labor hours, and costs.
• Resolve personnel and performance issues by data analysis and action recommendations.
• Other duties as required.
