This role requires deep technical expertise and strong interaction with experiment teams, launch providers, and government stakeholders. It is primarily telework-eligible with ~25% travel to program sites and customer locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with emphasis on systems engineering.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience including requirements development and V&V.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical risks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Systems Engineer for a Mach-TB mission, owning technical integrity from concept through post-mission review.
• Lead development and management of stakeholder requirements with traceability to objectives and design.
• Develop and maintain V&V plans and track compliance across mission elements.
• Coordinate integration between experiment payload teams and launch/range providers; review ICDs and procedures.
• Act as technical POC for government customers and stakeholders; prepare technical briefings and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure issues are escalated and resolved within schedule.
