Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 10+ years in systems engineering with a record of requirements & verification work.
• Experience in flight test, hypersonics, or space/launch programs is preferred.
• DoD acquisition process familiarity and ability to engage with senior leaders.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; Top Secret preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Systems Engineer for a Mach-TB mission, owning technical integrity end-to-end.
• Lead requirements development and verify traceability from objectives to experiments.
• Develop and maintain verification plans and ensure compliance across mission elements.
• Coordinate integration activities among payload teams and launch providers.
• Review ICDs, interface documents, and procedures for technical compliance.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation actions within schedule constraints.
• Act as technical point of contact with government customers and sponsors.
• Prepare and present technical briefings, white papers, and status reports.
