SAIC is seeking a highly motivated Mission Systems Engineer to support NSWC Crane and the Mach-TB Program. You will serve as the primary Systems Engineer for a designated hypersonic test mission, providing technical leadership across the full mission lifecycle — from experiment integration through mission execution.

This role offers primarily telework-eligibility with about 25% travel to program sites, test facilities, and customer locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 10+ years in systems engineering roles.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary Systems Engineer for the Mach-TB mission, owning technical integrity from concept through post-mission review.
• Lead development and management of stakeholder requirements with traceability from objectives to design.
• Develop and maintain Verification & Validation (V&V) plans and track compliance across mission elements.
• Coordinate technical integration between experiment payload teams and launch vehicle/range providers.
• Support integration reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, IRR, MRR) and provide actionable technical feedback.
