Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Mission Success Manager to own the full lifecycle for a strategic DoW client, from onboarding through renewals and expansion. This fully remote role requires building trusted relationships with fleet leaders and program offices while driving measurable readiness outcomes.

You will lead quarterly business reviews, manage adoption, track ROI, and collaborate with product, engineering and support to align roadmaps with customer goals. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or related field in SaaS.
• Experience owning enterprise SaaS implementations, renewals and expansions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. as a U.S. citizen.
• Strong communication and senior DoW stakeholder presentation skills.
• Experience with learning/educational software.
• BS/BA preferred; security clearance and DoW experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale success across portfolio with onboarding, adoption, and support.
• Build executive relationships with fleet leaders and program offices.
• Lead data-driven quarterly and executive business reviews for DoW stakeholders.
• Identify expansion opportunities with Sales based on readiness gaps and ROI.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering to track deployments in DoW environments.
