Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 3 in Raleigh, NC to plan, manage and execute all aspects of moderately complex projects. The role requires guiding teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring safety and quality compliance across the project lifecycle.

You will partner with the project manager to monitor budget, timelines and field operations, while striving for on-time delivery and profitable closeouts. Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Leads safety culture and mentors others.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.

Responsibilities

• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Attends progress and OAC meetings for project updates.
• Creates and adjusts project schedule with Project Manager.
• Tracks budget and costs via project reports.
• Ensures QA/QC through specs and suppliers.
• Supports project closeouts and owner coordination.
