Swanson Rink is seeking a Mission Critical Project Manager to lead complex projects for data centers, airports, and other critical facilities. You will be the single point of contact for clients from proposal development through project execution, coordinating with engineering teams and consultants to meet scope, budget, and schedule.

This role requires PE or Architect licensure or pursuit, a four-year degree, 5+ years in engineering or construction management, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Registration as PE or Architect, or intent to become licensed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Travel ability and willingness.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary client contact through design and construction phases.
• Manage multi-discipline design teams.
• Establish and maintain project controls to track progress.
• Ensure complete and organized project documentation.
• Maintain continuity through RFP, design, bidding, permitting, construction.
• Collaborate with clients on schedules and deliverables.
• Set internal milestones and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Coordinate with design team on work plans and cross-discipline needs.
• Lead project progress and review meetings with client and team.
• Develop and deploy project QA/QC plans.
• Resolve and document open coordination topics and issues.
• Proactively identify and solve problems.
