Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for our National Mission Critical team in the United States. The role centers on leading project teams to meet goals, budgets and highest customer satisfaction on assigned projects.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in mission critical environments. Travel for projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the Mission Critical industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors.
• Cultivate and grow project owner relationships and relationships with all professional groups involved.
• Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, procurement strategy and scheduling.
• Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
• Proved leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead Construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development.
• Travel as needed for projects.
