Shawmut Design and Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager – Mission Critical to lead large‑scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires regular travel and can be based anywhere within the United States, reflecting the national footprint of our mission‑critical portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• 3+ years managing hyperscale and/or colocation data center projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects between $25M and $100M.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mission-critical construction projects valued between $25M and $100M.
• Maintain responsibility for schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
• Lead key project meetings (OAC, progress meetings, monthly reviews).
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, design teams, vendors, and field leadership.
• Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers; align priorities with the Superintendent.
