Job summary

RTX Plano, TX, seeks a Quality Program Lead to ensure product and process quality across programs. You will interface with quality teams, IPTs, and customers to drive corrective actions and containment, while leading root-cause analysis and APQP implementation.

Active TS/SCI clearance required; Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in quality management; experience with ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9102; willing to travel to facilities and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with QMS incl. ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9102.
• Experience leading teams in failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with quality teams, programs, customers and IPTs to support quality and cost performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with closed-loop controls.
• Generate new CoQ projects to reduce costs on the program.
• Support APQP implementation and participate in audits.
• Collaborate with program leadership on quality improvement strategies.
• Ensure development hardware is documented in quality history records.
