Job summary

RTX is seeking a Quality Manager to lead site quality operations in a highly technical aerospace manufacturing environment. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering, and Quality leadership to strengthen our quality culture and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

The role requires an advanced degree or a bachelor’s with significant experience in quality management, leadership of teams, and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related technical discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in quality management or related supervisory role.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or highly technical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality operations and strengthen site quality culture across functions.
• Implement quality initiatives to reduce variation and cost while maintaining a right-first-time mindset.
• Oversee resources, ensure audit readiness, and manage corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide technical leadership for non-conforming material and MRB processes.
• Drive CORE and Lean improvements to enhance quality and delivery performance.
